We served this tart spicy and alcohol-infused Negroni Punch at our third annual Serious Eats Cookie Swap and the partygoers almost immediately demanded a second batch. If you want to make it a little more fizzy and less strong you can add sparkling water or a second bottle of sparkling wine but we loved the refreshing bittersweet flavor of this drink over ice. You can mix the drink ahead of time but be sure to freshly squeeze the citrus the day of your party.
