1. Open your router's configuration page.

– Standard router addresses are 192.168.1.1, 192.168.0.1, 192.168.2.1 or 10.0.1.1 (Apple) or 10.0.0.1 (Xfinity). Enter the address into your browser's address bar.

2. Enter your router username and password.

– Each router will require a username and password before it can access the innards.
