Important note:

1. Know the user
winlogo r and type /"./" (without the quote) as in a period only or a period

Step by step guide

1. Check Network Sharing Center – copy my settings
2. Share the printer
3. Download these files.

4. Run the 2 registry files
5. Go to Windows drive /"C://Windows//System32/" and search for win32spl.dll
6. Take ownership /"watch the video/"
7. Rename win32spl.dll to win32spl_bak.dll or any other file of your choice.
8. Copy the win32spl.dll file and paste it into /"C://Windows//System32/"
9. In the search bar, type /"turn on Windows features/"
10. Enable .net framework 3.5/4.8/smb 1.0
11. restart
