As a kid I was never much of a fan of meatloaf but in recent years I've figured out why: I didn't like the way it was made: what was actually in the meatloaf and how it was shaped and baked.
That was of course until I learned a few tricks that make meatloaf much tastier like adding shallots and Worcestershire sauce or baking the meatloaf at just the right temperature so it doesn't dry out.
